The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time.
Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.
We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed and you may be unable to cancel your order from this point.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
DELIVERY REFUSALS
If you are not home during delivery you agree that our couriers may deliver your parcel to the specified address or leave it in a safe or alternative location. AutoPump is not responsible for any loss or damage if the parcel is left in an alternative location as authorized by you. It's your responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
Refused Deliveries & Delayed Delivery Refunds
For orders that are refused on delivery (for any reason), we are generally unable to issue a refund once the item has shipped and entered the delivery network. In most cases, parcels refused at delivery are returned to local depots and destroyed, and do not reach us for return processing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on refused deliveries.
We also cannot provide refunds solely on the basis of delivery delays, as delivery estimates are approximate and can be affected by customs processing, carrier handling times, and international transit conditions beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before refusing a delivery so we may assist and, where appropriate, offer solutions
DELIVERY DISPUTES
Please note that in the event of damaged or undelivered parcels caused by courier companies, we kindly ask customers to directly address and resolve these issues with the respective courier service. We advise promptly raising disputes or claims with the courier company to facilitate a swift resolution for any shipping-related concerns.
