We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for products that fail to perform as advertised during this period.
If the product does not sustain its promised functionality within 90 days and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you will be entitled to a refund.
To make a claim, please contact our support team at support@getautopump.com, providing:
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the fault
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the replacement or refund process.
Faulty or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives faulty or incomplete, please contact support@getautopump.com within this timeframe and provide clear photo or video evidence. We must receive valid evidence within 30 days for the claim to qualify.
Where appropriate, we will aim to resolve the issue by offering a replacement. Claims made after 30 days may be limited to replacement only.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:
Change of Mind – We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Personal Preference – Returns due to personal taste, expectations, or preferences are not eligible.
Improper Use or Mishandling – Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions is not covered.
To request a return or refund, you must contact our support team at support@getautopump.com within 2 days of identifying the issue, providing a detailed explanation and supporting photographic or video evidence.
If your return is approved:
We will arrange a pre-paid return collection
Returns must be completed within 14 days of approval
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
A deduction of £6.99 will be made from any approved refund to cover the cost of the return collection service.
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We may offer a direct exchange if your claim can be validated using the evidence provided.
If validation is not possible, you must follow the standard return process to receive a refund or replacement.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to:
Refuse the refund, or
Deduct the value of any FREE gift or the main product from the refund amount
FREE gifts must be returned unopened and in resalable condition if included with a returned order.
If a parcel is:
Undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Refused, not accepted, or uncollected
Marked as “Returned to Sender” by the courier
The order will not be eligible for an automatic refund.
To have the order resent, customers must purchase a £14.99 reshipping service through our website using a payment link provided by our customer service team.
Ordiniq reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
