Refund and Return Policy

At AutoPump by Ordiniq, we pride ourselves on exceptional products and customer service. It's important that you understand our return and refund processes for products that don't perform as advertised or are found to be faulty. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Guarantee for Non-Performing Products:

We offer a 90-day money back guarantee that covers products failing to perform as advertised over this period and if we are unable to provide you with a working replacement, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the product you purchased does not sustain its promised functionality within these 90 days, please contact our customer support team at support@getautopump.com with details and video evidence of the issue. We will guide you through the replacement process.

2. Faulty/Missing Items:

Faulty or missing products must be reported within 30 days of receipt. If you receive a faulty product or are missing any items, reach out to our customer support team at support@getautopump.com with photographic/video evidence of the fault. We must receive photographic/video evidence within 30 days in order to qualify for a refund. We aim to handle these issues swiftly by providing a replacement. Claims made after 30 days will be subject to replacement only.

3. Non-Eligible Returns and Refunds:

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind.
  • Personal Preferences: Returns for reasons of personal preference, style, or expectation are not eligible.
  • Improper Use or Mishandling: Products damaged through improper use or mishandling are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Return Process:

To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support within 2 days of identifying the issue at support@getautopump.com. Provide a detailed description and attach clear photographic/video evidence. A return address will be provided for approved returns. Returns must be made within 14 days of approval, in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Adequate packaging is required to prevent damage in transit. Do not return items that have not been approved.

5. Refund Process:

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method after we receive and inspect the items. The timing for the refund to show in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy:

We do offer direct exchanges if we are able to validate your claim via the evidence you submit to us. If we are unable to do this you must follow the return process and receive a refund or exchange by returning the product to us.

7. Non-Compliance:

If a returned item fails to meet the conditions of our policy, or if the FREE gift received is not returned unopened and in resealable condition, the cost of the FREE gift and or the main order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Policy Changes:

Ordiniq reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.

FREE Gift Policy

To show appreciation to our customers, AutoPump by Ordiniq sometimes provides FREE gifts with qualifying orders. Note the following terms for these gifts:

  • Eligibility and Availability: FREE gifts are available only with qualifying orders and are subject to stock availability.
  • Exclusions: FREE gifts are not covered by the 90-day guarantee or warranty. They must be returned unopened and in resealable condition if the accompanying order is returned.
  • Rights Reserved: We reserve the right to remove FREE gifts from orders without prior notice.


AutoPump Warranty Conditions

Warranty Period: The warranty covers the AutoPump for a duration from the date of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all warranty claims.

Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, which is considered typical for the product.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to repair or modify the AutoPump without explicit authorization from the manufacturer will void the warranty.

Proper Use: Damage caused by using the product in a manner contrary to the provided instructions and guidelines is not covered.

Missed Claim Procedures: Failure to adhere to the specified procedures outlined in the warranty claim process may result in the claim being denied.

Expired Warranty: Claims made after the expiration of the warranty period will not be accepted.

Third-Party Accessories: Damage caused by using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer is not covered under the warranty.

Product Modification: Any alterations or modifications to the AutoPump that are not approved by the manufacturer will void the warranty.

Lack of Reporting: Damage must be reported promptly upon discovery, and delays in reporting may impact the eligibility of a warranty claim.

This warranty is specifically for the main product unit and does not cover accessories or damage caused by exposure to water.


AutoPump Warranty Claim Process:


Contact Support:

Customers must contact AutoPump Support via email at support@getautopump.com, clearly stating the nature of the fault. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photo or video evidence highlighting the fault.

Await Support Response:

Wait for a response from AutoPump Support, which will include the returns address for sending the faulty item.

Send Faulty Item:

Once the return address is received, the customer is required to post the faulty AutoPump back to the provided address. Use a tracked delivery service for shipping and bear the cost of sending the item to us.

Assessment Period:

AutoPump will assess the faulty item upon receipt, which may take up to 14 days.

Customers will be informed of the assessment results and whether the claim is successful or not.

Options for Customer:

In case of a successful claim, customers will be given the option of a replacement or repair.

Costs Under Warranty:

Customers may incur repair or replacement costs, depending on the terms and conditions of proper use outlined in the warranty.


Right to Decline Claims:

AutoPump reserves the right to decline warranty claims that do not meet the specified conditions.

The warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.
